Screen printing is a printing method where ink is pushed through a woven screen (also called mesh stencil) onto fabric. The ink doesn’t soak into the fabric, but lays on top of the product. With screen printing, a special screen has to be made for each element of your design. Once that’s done, the colors and elements of the design are applied layer by layer onto the garment. The more layers your design has, the longer it’ll take to print it and the thicker the design will feel on the product.
Screen printing works best for solid graphics without small details. Think basic typography, geometric designs, symbols, and shapes. That’s because making stencils for intricate designs is time-consuming and it’s difficult to get the details right during the printing process.
Since each color is applied separately, screen printing is also mostly used for designs with few colors. Print providers often limit how many colors you can have in your design, and usually no more than 6 are allowed at our shop.
With all that said, what does it all really mean? Honestly, that direct-to-garment printing is one lightning fast, super badass way to print awesome t-shirts for a ridiculously low-price.
Vehicle wraps are a large vinyl decal or graphic designed to cover the exterior of a vehicle. These wraps can resemble paint or come with specialty graphics on them, depending on your designs. Companies may want to wrap their fleets to add custom logos to the outside of their vehicles, while individual drivers may want the look of a high-quality paint job for a fraction of the cost.
You can also find vehicle wraps in different sizes, with some geared towards wrapping the whole vehicle and others made to cover just a part of it, such as a decal. Imaging companies usually make vehicle wraps out of vinyl, printing custom colors, designs and graphics onto the vinyl to match a customer’s needs. Vinyl vehicle wraps typically feature an adhesive backing designed to attach the wrap to the vehicle and a laminated coat on the surface to protect the vinyl.
Embroidery is the process in which an image or design is stitched onto fabric. Using various types of threads, any image, word, or shape can be embroidered onto any material. Most often, embroidery is used to display business names or logos onto apparel for uniform purposes. Embroidery is often used on a variety of types of clothing for merchandise and advertisement.
By using special embroidery machines, you can prepare any design for stitching (digitally, of course). The image will take shape and be permanently displayed on the article of clothing. The machine will then transmit that image onto the chosen piece of apparel using clusters or a series of stitches.
We are able to create banners and signs that feature smooth printing, proper shading and true colors. When compared to competitors, Revival413 Graphics always wins when it comes to printing quality. There’s no unwanted banding, distracting lines, distorted images or botched colors with our products.
Die cut stickers are stickers with a custom shape. They are cut around the edge of your design through both the vinyl and paper backing layers. You can learn more about them in our post “What is a die cut sticker“.
Die cut stickers can be cut in the exact shape of your custom design.
Best printing. Best cost.
